Can I use VUSE ePod pods with VUSE PRO ONE ?
Yes, you can. You can use all Vuse pods with Vuse Pro One devices, however if you use a Vuse Pro Smart pod, the device will not be able to share all the information with the user given the device is not smart
What should I do if I notice eLiquid condensation in my device or on the outside of the pod?
Use a clean paper towel to gently wipe the eLiquid and clean the device or pod. Do not push or insert foreign objects into the device or pod, especially onto the contacts. Do not drag, crush, pierce, incinerate or immerse the device or flushing device in water. This could damage them and stop the device from working. If after wiping clean, the issue persists, call the Vuse Care line for help and advice.
What should I do if I notice leakage when using my VUSE PRO ONE ?
On some occasions, you may see minor leakage from your VUSE PRO ONE due to a buildup of condensation. This is not uncommon in e-cigarette products.
Other tips for reducing instances of condensation:
Puff gently on your VUSE PRO ONE
Avoid back-puffing into your pod.
Avoid using pods that have been out of the packaging for prolonged periods
If after following these tips, the issue persists, call Vuse customer care line for help and advice.
Pull out leakage pod then put device upside-down for a half daytime for liquid flowing off.
How do I charge my VUSE PRO ONE?
Connect the included USB C charging cable to the device. Connect the other end to a suitable USB charging port/station.

Yes, use a screw driver to take off the screw then grip the tag on the battery and gently pull to remove battery. Please note, this battery is not a replaceable battery
Can I change the wattage settings?
Long Press Button to switch with Base mode(5.5W) and Boost mode(6.5W).
Can I use my device while charging?
You can use vuse pro one whilst charging, however for safety reasons, the device will stop charging whilst you are vaping.
Why is my VUSE PRO ONE not producing any vapour?
First check if the device is locked and need unlocking by pressing 3 times in 2.0s

You need to change your VUSE 2.0 POD.

As with any product containing nicotine, you should keep your device out of reach of children and pets. Your VUSE PRO ONE device is designed to operate within a recommended temperature range of 0 - 40°C. (Store 15 - 25°C)
Will I ever need a replacement VUSE PRO ONE device?
Your VUSE PRO ONE should last for about 600 full charge/discharge cycles, before battery efficiency begins to deteriorate. This is common with all Lithium-ion batteries but will depend on your personal vaping behavior.
After this period, you can still use your VUSE PRO ONE device, but you may need to charge it more frequently. Keep your VUSE PRO ONE battery charged to maintain the battery life.
