Base to VapourBoost™ Mode
Press button for 1.5 seconds

White LED flashing 3 times = Device locked

White LED = Base mode

Blue LED = Boost mode

Red light flashing fast = Device error

Removable battery

You can remove the battery by lifting the lid on the device battery module. This feature is purely to allow you to safely dispose of the device and battery at the end of its life.

Charging the device

Connect the supplied USB-C charging cable to the device. Connect the other end to a suitable USB charging port/station.

Battery capacity: 360m/h Do not remove the battery before it’s depleted.

Solid white light = Over 80% charged

White LED pulsing = Battery 50% to 80% charged

Red LED pulsing = Battery low (less than 50%).

Red LED pulsing 10 times = Battery empty

How to change your pod

Insert your Vuse pod into your Vuse Reload Pen device. A white light will flash for one second to indicate it is in place.

Change the pod when there is little to no vapour production or you experience deterioration of vapour taste or quality.

What is Vuse Reload?

Vuse Reload is our latest reusable vape device, designed to deliver a simply better vaping experience. With easy-swap pods, a sleek rechargeable design, and everything you need in one package, Vuse Reload is ready when you are.

Can I use the Vuse Reload straight after purchase?

Yes, the Vuse Reload Ready-to-Vape kit includes a pre-filled Vuse pod and a pre-charged device, so you can start vaping right after unboxing. There’s no need to fill the pod or charge the battery before use - just remove the packaging and you’re good to go.

How many puffs can I get from a Vuse Reload pod?

Each Vuse Reload pod can deliver up to 1000 puffs* per pod, based on laboratory testing of newly manufactured pods used with a Vuse Reload device. This testing was conducted at a puff duration of one second using the low power setting. Actual puff count may vary depending on your power setting and individual usage behaviour.

Is the Vuse Reload device reusable?

Yes, the Vuse Reload is ready to use and designed for reuse . Our Vuse Reload Pen device features a built-in 360mAh battery, while the Vuse Reload Box device includes a 530mAh battery, allowing you to continue enjoying your vaping experience by replacing the pod with a new one from the available flavour range.

How do I recharge the Vuse Reload device?

The Vuse Reload Pen features a rechargeable 360mAh battery, while the Vuse Reload Box device includes a 530mAh battery. To recharge, simply connect the included USB-C cable to the device and plug the other end into a compatible USB charging port or station. For added convenience, the device supports vaping while connected - charging will pause during use and resume once you stop vaping.
