Purchase a new Vuse device locally, and ensure that you keep your receipt and faulty Vuse Ultra.

Once you're back, contact Customer Care and share your proof of purchase with the team.

Home Delivery
Get a new Vuse Ultra device delivered to your house, once you’ve claimed your refund.
Availability
Claim up to £30 for a replacement device. If Vuse Ultra is available in that country, you can buy it even if it costs more.
Simple Refund
