Vuse closed system eliquids are manufactured in bulk by RJ Reynolds Manufacturing facilities in Tobaccoville, North Carolina, United States and a facility in Indonesia. The raw vegetable Glycerine (VG), Propylene Glycol (PG), Nicotine and water specified for the manufacture of the e-liquids are all pharmaceutical grade either USP (United States Pharmaceopeia) or European Pharmacopeia grade, supported by the specification and results in the respective certificate of analysis (COA). Flavours and acids are food grade.
