HOW DO I CANCEL MY VUSE RELOAD SUBSCRIPTION?expand_more
Log into your account, go to My Account, then click on My Subscriptions. Find the subscription you'd like to cancel and click on Cancel Subscription (located at the bottom of the panel, below your delivery address). If you have more than one subscription, you will need to do the same for any others you'd like to cancel. You also have the option to pause your Vuse Reload subscription, rather than cancel, or simply skip one month's delivery, if that works better for you.
CAN I CHANGE MY VUSE RELOAD SUBSCRIPTION?expand_more
Yes, you can change the number of flavour pods and you can remove a flavour entirely, as long as you are still ordering enough flavour pods to qualify for a Vuse Reload plan. You can also change your preferred mix of flavours and nicotine strengths whenever you choose. You can also update the order date, your address and payment details. You can make these changes at any time in My Account, under My Subscriptions or by contacting Vuse Care on +27 (021) 001 8511 or info.za@vuse.com
WHEN WILL MY FIRST DELIVERY ARRIVE?expand_more
Under normal conditions, you should expect your first delivery 1-3 working days after you place your order. Subsequent deliveries will arrive at monthly intervals thereafter.
CAN I PAUSE MY VUSE RELOAD SUBSCRIPTION?expand_more
Absolutely. Log into your account, go to My Account, then click on My Subscriptions. There you will find the option to either skip one delivery or pause your subscription, to restart at a later time. Note that you have to restart your paused subscriptions.

Vuse Reload subscriptions are delivered using our standard delivery, which is 1-3 working days. Delivery is included as part of your subscription cost. See our Delivery and Returns information.

Yes, all products available within our Vuse Reload subscription packages can be purchased individually.

Vuse Reload subscriptions can be taken out by using a credit and debit card. We do not accept EFT or PayPal.
