How do consumers earn rewards?
Consumers earn rewards by joining, shopping, reaching spend or purchase milestones, referring friends, and recycling.
Where can customers find support?
Support can be found in the Profile tab of the MyVuseRewards app.
What do you receive when you first join the programme?
A Welcome Badge and a R50 voucher will be awarded, limited to the first 1,000 participants.
Take Back – do consumers get the voucher after 3 months?
The vouchers are given as they complete the 10 drops cycle so they will be awarded after 10 successful transactions.
Where can a customer redeem vouchers?
Vouchers can be redeemed online or in-store. Customers must select their preferred method in the app during redemption.
How often are Value and Transaction badges evaluated?
Every 3 months from the date the customer joins the programme.
When does a customer receive their voucher?
Consumers receive a voucher each time they unlock a badge milestone.
Is receipt scanning available?
Receipt scanning is only available after the full market launch on 1 August 2025.
What should you do if a receipt scan fails?
Ask the customer to retry. If the issue continues, assist them or refer to support via the Profile tab.
How does a customer join MyVuseRewards?
Customers can register via the MyVuseRewards app independently or with in-store assistance.
Can receipts be scanned later?
Yes, as long as the customer retains the physical copy.
Can rewards be stacked?
No, only one voucher can be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.
