      Follow the instructions on the leaflet that came with your Vuse ePod. See below for some main information.
      • Only use Vuse charging accessories, like the ones in your starter kit.
      • Only use Vuse ePod cartridges.
      • Keep your Vuse ePod, charging accessories and cartridges dry to prevent damage.
      • Store your ePod between 0–25°C.

      HOW DO I CHARGE MY VUSE EPOD?expand_more

      To avoid risk of fire, injury and/or damage to your Vuse product or other property, only charge your Vuse device with the equipment provided in your kit, or with compatible charging accessories (available at vuse.com). E-cigarettes should NOT be charged using the USB ports of televisions, or other audio-visual equipment that is not specifically designed for the purposes of charging lithium ion cells.

      HOW CAN I CLEAN MY VUSE EPOD?expand_more

      Use a dry cloth. Keep liquid away from the battery. You can use wet wipes, anti-bacterial or baby wipes to clean the tip.

      HOW LONG DOES MY BATTERY LAST?expand_more

      The ePod should give you about 400 puffs* per charge
      *Based on laboratory testing of a fully charged device and may vary depending on usage behaviour.

      WHY IS THERE NO VAPOUR COMING FROM MY VUSE EPOD?expand_more

      It could be one of several safety, or battery-related, reasons:
      • Vuse ePod automatically shuts down if activated for more than five seconds at a time.
      • Your Vuse ePod may need charging.
      • You need to change your Vuse ePod cartridge.
      • Dirt might be blocking the connection between the device and the cartridge. Just clean it with a dry cloth.

      It could be one of several safety, or battery-related, reasons:

      A well-maintained, regularly used Vuse ePod is designed to last at least 12 months. But this may vary, depending on your own personal vaping behaviour. After 12 months, battery efficiency deteriorates due to repeated charges, which is common for all Lithium-ion batteries. Keep your Vuse ePod battery fully charged to maintain the battery life.

      • When it stops producing vapour.
      • When the taste or quality of the vapour deteriorates.
      • When you see that the e-Liquid in the cartridge is all gone.

      Your Vuse ePod should last for about 300 full charge/discharge cycles (subject to proper use and regular maintenance), before battery efficiency begins to deteriorate. This is common with all Lithium-ion batteries but will depend on your own personal vaping behavior.

      After this period, you can still use your Vuse ePod device, but you might need to charge it more frequently. Keep your Vuse ePod battery fully charged to maintain the battery life.

      Nicotine occurs in several varieties of plant but is found at the highest level in the tobacco plant. It is found mainly in the leaves, where nicotine exists in a salt form. These nicotine salts have been recreated in eLiquids by the addition of a special ingredient to the nicotine containing eLiquid formulation, which reacts with the nicotine to form a nicotine salt. Nicotine in “salt” form, also known as protonated nicotine, is more stable than the nicotine in normal eLiquids.
