Vuse Rewards is Vuse's loyalty program, formerly known as Vuse+ Rewards. Our updated loyalty program simplifies how you earn points (through purchases and activities) and gives you exciting benefits, including birthday rewards, early access to limited-edition devices and vape pods, and more.
There are five levels to the Vuse Rewards program:
Silver
Gold
Platinum
Premium

Joining Vuse Rewards is easy (and free). Start by creating an account on vuse.com. As you complete the sign-up process, you'll be prompted to participate in Vuse Rewards. Keep the checkbox checked and you'll automatically join.

If you already have an account on vuse.com, you can opt-in to Vuse Rewards in your account profile. Just visit the Vuse Rewards section in your account and toggle on the Vuse Rewards to join.

If you're already a Vuse+ member, your membership will automatically switch to the new Vuse Rewards program as of June 14, 2022, and rest assured that you will not lose your status. For example, if you are a Vuse+ member and currently in the Silver level, you will be in the Silver level of the new Vuse Rewards program and receive points equivalent to your lifetime spend ($1 = 5 points). Same for Gold and Platinum members. Note that the number of points earned for each dollar spent varies according to the level.

Platinum $1 = 7 points
Premium $1 = 8 points

There are three ways to earn Vuse Rewards points - shop with us, engage with us and connect with us. Shop on vuse.com or in Vuse Stores in Canada and earn points with every purchase. Engage with us by participating in surveys and using the MYVUSE app regularly. Connect with us by subscribing to Vuse marketing emails or starting a monthly subscription. As a member of Vuse Rewards, you always have access to your points balance, along with the perks of your level and the badges you've earned. To see your points balance, log in to your account on vuse.com and visit the Rewards section. There you'll see all the details associated to your level along with your points and badges earned.

The Vuse Rewards program has 5 levels based on the number of points you have earned since you've opted-in to the program:

Silver: 0 - 2,999 points
Gold: 3,000 - 6,999 points
Platinum: 7,000 - 14,999 points
Premium: 15,000 - 24,999 points
[Secret!]: 25,000 +

As long as you remain an active consumer, meaning you obtain points each month, you will continue to earn point and unlock badges leading to great benefits. Each level has its own benefits and perks.

To be a member of Vuse Rewards, you must have a vuse.com account. To get a vuse.com account, you must be a natural person of legal age to purchase vaping products in your Canadian province/territory of residence. Individuals residing in the provinces of Quebec, Nova Scotia, Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories are not eligible for a vuse.com account or Vuse Rewards.

If you meet these criteria and have created you vuse.com account, make sure you have opted-in to the program (you can do that in the Rewards section of your account). It's that easy! Don’t have a vuse.com account, click here to create one and join the program. Once you make a purchase, you'll start earning points that lead to perks and badges.

Vuse Rewards points can be earned on purchases of Vuse products on vuse.com and at Vuse Stores in Canada, however Vuse Rewards points can only be redeemed on vuse.com.

Yes, all regular promotions are still available to you. You can also use perk badges (e.g. 25% off your order, 25% off a device) and redeem points at the same time for even more savings.

Note however that perk badges cannot be applied to Mix & Match orders or starter kits, and only one discount badge or one discount code can be applied to each vuse.com order.

Yes, badges expire. The criteria for earning a badge and benefit entitlements are available on the Vuse Rewards program page.

As a Vuse Rewards member, you get perks. And the higher the level, the more perks you have!

Redeeming your points is easy! Log in to your vuse.com account and go to the Rewards section, where you'll see the points balance you can redeem. You'll be able to redeem your points or apply perk badges (or apply both) in the cart or during the checkout process. You can redeem 200 points for $1 off your purchase up to a maximum of $250 per order. You can redeem your Vuse Rewards points in combination with other promotions and offers available on vuse.com, monthly discount codes and perks badges. Perks on top of perks, that's how we roll!

Note that your monthly discount code cannot be used in combination with Mix & Match offers or be applied to starter bundles.

Badges shine the spotlight on the milestones you reach as a Vuse Rewards member. They can be earned on a monthly basis by, for example, using the MYVUSE app. Your badges can be redeemed for things like a discount on Vuse x U accessories, bonus birthday points, and even more reward points to add to your balance.

Yes, one of the many perks of being a Vuse Rewards member is the free express shipping on all orders more than $50 before taxes. Move up to Platinum or above and you'll earn free express shipping on all orders with no minimum.

As a Vuse Rewards member, we're giving you a little something special on your birthday! To see your birthday badge, log in to your Vuse account and visit the Rewards section. You’ll see a birthday badge that you can use on the first purchase during the month of your birthday.

You can see your Rewards status anytime on vuse.com. Log in to your account, visit the Rewards section and you'll see your status in the program, along with your points balance and the badges you've earned.

Once you meet the minimum criteria for any given level your account will be automatically upgraded to the next level.

To move to Gold, earn at least 3,000 points.
To move to Platinum, earn at least 7,000 points.
To move to Premium, earn at least 15,000 points.
To move to [Secret!], earn at least 25,000 points.

No! Once you've reached a level, it's yours until you move up to the next level.

No! Once you're in, you're in. There is no need to create another account on vuse.com if you've already created one in a Vuse Store.

We don't want to see you go, but if you must, you can terminate your membership in the Vuse Rewards program. Log in to you vuse.com account and go to the Rewards section and toggle off the Vuse Rewards membership.
Note that once you've opted-out of the program, you'll lose your status, you'll no longer be collecting points and any existing points you have earned will be forfeited. See Terms and Conditions for more information.

The points you earn with each purchase will be reflected in your account within minutes. To check the status of your points, log in to your account on Vuse.com and visit the Rewards section.

Nothing! All the points earned from that purchase, including bonus points, will remain in your account.

If you joined before January 1, 2023, your points will expire if no points are earned or redeemed through your Vuse Rewards membership for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

If you joined after January 1, 2023, your points will expire if no points are earned or redeemed through your Vuse Rewards membership for a period of six (6) consecutive months.


This means:

• If you have earned points, made a purchase on vuse.com or at a Vuse Store, or if you have redeemed points on vuse.com or at a Vuse store within the last 6 or 12 months (depending on when you join Vuse Rewards), then your points are safe.
• If you have not earned points, made a purchase on vuse.com or at a Vuse Store, or you have not redeemed any points on vuse.com or at a Vuse store in the last 6 or 12 months (depending on when you join Vuse Rewards), your points will expire and be removed from your account.

If your account remains inactive (you have not earned or redeemed points) for 6 or 12 consecutive months (depending on when you join Vuse Rewards) , your membership will be terminated, your points will expire, and you will no longer receive the benefits associated to the level to which you had previously been entitled. Also, in the event that the Vuse Rewards program must be shut down indefinitely, the benefits and points associated with the level you have reached no longer be available.

Yes, the minimum amount of points that can be applied to an order on Vuse.com is 200 points.

You sure can! Any purchase you make in a Vuse store in Canada will earn you points that you can see in your account on vuse.com.

No, your level status is based on the lifetime points earned (including the points you started with) and is not impacted by how many points you redeem.

Points are earned through purchases of Vuse products on vuse.com and at Vuse stores in Canada, and by engaging with vuse.com. They can be redeemed as discounts at checkout and can be earned for as long as you are opted-in to the Vuse Rewards program.

Badges are milestones that you reach as a Vuse Rewards member by interacting with us or that you've earned with your level. These can be redeemed for extra benefits like points or discounts at checkout.

Badges expire at the end of each month. The good news is that new badges are issues at the beginning of each month too, as long as you have earned or redeemed points in the previous months.
