STORE YOUR VAPE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE

In general, it's best to avoid leaving your vape battery near any source of heat (whether it's charged or not), because high temperatures reduce the life of lithium-ion batteries. Your device's battery will typically operate best at room temperature, at around 20°C, and leaving it in the sun can mean that your device will get very hot, very quickly. When you’re not using your vape, we suggest you store it half-charged at room temperature to keep the vape battery in the best condition.

CHARGE YOUR VAPE BATTERY SMARTLY

Did you know that completely using up all the charge in a lithium-ion battery can reduce its lifespan if it happens too often? To get the most out of your battery over the long term, charge your device fully on the first use. Afterwards, you’ll know it’s time to charge your ePod 2 device again when the white LED flashes 3 times. Keep in mind that your ePod 2 device might run out of charge before your pod is empty. So, make sure you check if your pod still has e-liquid before switching to a new one.

USE THE CORRECT CHARGER FOR YOUR DEVICE

Different vapes require different charging cables. If you’ve been buying Vuse products for a while now, you might have noticed that we’ve recently optimized the design of our charging cable. This means that the previous charging cable may no longer be compatible with your new device. If you have an ePod 2, make sure you are using the charging cable provided in the device box, as the ePod charging cable is not suitable for the ePod 2.

EVALUATE YOUR POWER SUPPLY

If you’re noticing that your device isn’t charging optimally, the power source or wall adapter could be the issue. Consider plugging it into a computer or a different wall adapter instead and see if you notice a difference.

MAKE SURE YOUR CHARGING CABLE’S PORT IS CLEAN

Is there old dust or dirt built up in your device port? When charging your vape battery, make sure that the port is free of debris so that the connection between the device and charging cable isn’t blocked.
